August 7, 2011 (San Diego's East County)--Expect long delays this afternoon if you're traveling in portions of East County. A SIG Alert has been issued for Highway 67 between Poway Road and Scripps Poway Parkway (Between Lakeside and Ramona) due to an injury accident. In addition, a small brush fire has forced shut down of Wildcat Canyon Road at San Vicente Road. The fire is now being mopped up, but there is no estimated time yet for reopening the road.
