March 24, 2023 (Tempe) - The Padres are back together again to play the Angels in Tempe today. Blake Snell started against Griffin Canning for the Angels.
Jake Cronenworth scored on a wild pitch in the first and the Padres led 1-0 after one.
Matt Carpenter singled in the third to score Fernando Tatis Jr. Tatis Jr. hit a solo homer in the fifth to seal the 3-0 win for the Padres.

The Padres go to Surprise to play the Rangers tomorrow. First pitch is at 12:05 p.m. and will be one of mlb.tv’s free games of the day. Nick Martinez starts against Jacob deGrom for the Rangers.
