March 6, 2016 (San Diego’s East County) — The San Diego Association of Realtors, Senator Joel Anderson, American Legion 731 and the Virtual Counselor Network will host a Military Housing Resource Workshop for all current and former military members. The free workshop will be held Saturday, March 18 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the American Legion (7245 Linda Vista Road) in San Diego
“San Diego is home to a growing population of active duty service members and veterans that have selflessly served our country. In gratitude for their service, we owe it to the brave men and women who put their lives on the line for the preservation of our freedom to come together as a community and ensure they have the resources they need back home,” Senator Anderson states.
This free workshop will help veterans and active military members on the road to home ownership. Attendees will be provided with valuable information regarding VA home loan benefits and have access to experts who can answer any questions they have about buying a home. Senator Anderson and his staff will also be on hand with information about resources available from the State of California.
