LA MESA CHAMBER HOSTS TOY DRIVE FOR MILITARY CHILDREN IN LA MESA: BRING ITEMS TO DEC. 5 HOLIDAY PARTY

October 23, 2017 (La Mesa) – “Join us as we celebrate the strength of our community and help us gather toys, diapers and other items for children between the ages of 2-13 years old and the families of military personnel living in La Mesa military housing,” says Mary England, president of the La Mesa Chamber of Commerce.

Bring your toys, diapers and other items to the Chamber’s "Toy Drive" Party on Tuesday, December 5th at BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, 5500 Grossmont Center Drive in La Mesa, from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.. The Chamber will give items to the management team of Lincoln Military Housing, who will disperse them to the military families.

If you wish to donate items and can't attend our toy drive party, please drop them off at the Chamber office - 8080 La Mesa Blvd., Suite 212 or next door to Fran Smith in Suite 214 - Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. Items should be received by Monday, December 4th. 

Cost:

Chamber Members FREE if you bring an unwrapped toy (receive 2 drink tickets) 

Non-Member Guests $10 and an unwrapped toy (receive 2 drink tickets) 

All guests at Door fee: $20 and an unwrapped toy (receive 2 drink tickets)
