March 8, 2012 (San Diego's East County)--March 10 is the time of year when we turn our clocks ahead one hour at 2:00 a.m., or turn your clocks ahead before going to bed the night before.

In addition, remember to change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms in your home and/or business.
