November 27, 2011 (La Mesa)—La Mesa Police have arrested Sterling Joseph, 27, and Richard Goodman, 26, for stealing a cell phone at gunpoint. The robbery occurred on November 21 at 7:30 a.m. at the 70th Street Trolley Station, located at 7255 Alvarado Road.
