TRIAL TO REVOKE NUCLEAR WASTE DUMP PERMIT AT SAN ONOFRE BEGINS APRIL 14

April 4, 2017 (San Diego) – A lawsuit filed against the California Coastal Commission (CCC) by Citizens Oversight, a citizens’ watchdog group based in El Cajon, heads to trial beginning Friday, April 14 at 2 p.m. in San Diego Superior Court, Dept. C68 (330 West Broadway, San Diego).

SAN DIEGO CITY COUNCIL APPROVES ZONING FOR MEDICAL MARIJUANA DISPENSARIES

 

February 28, 2014 (San Diego)--By an 8 to 1 vote, the San Diego City Council has voted to create new zoning laws allowing up to 30 medical marijuana dispensaries within the city limits – up to four in  each council district.
