WALK FOR CANCER THIS WEEKEND IN SPRING VALLEY AND CELEBRATE WITH FIREWORKS

May 19, 2017 (Spring Valley) – Calling all walkers! You’re invited to get on track and take turns walking for 24 hours, since cancer never sleeps. It’s all part of the American Cancer Society Relay for Life team event to fight cancer this Saturday and Sunday, May 21, starting at 9 a.m. each day at Monte Vista High School’s football field, 3230 Sweetwater Springs Blvd. in Spring Valley.

2013 RELAY FOR LIFE OF ALPINE JUNE 22

June 21, 2013 (Alpine) – The American Cancer Society’s Alpine Relay for Life begins at 8:00 a.m. at Joan Mac Queen Middle School, 2001 Tavern Road, Alpine.  Get a group of friends, family, or co-workers together as a Relay team and get ready for 24 hours of fun, excitement with music, food contests, awards and prizes. Participants can choose to walk or run the relay.

The event will honor the courageous spirit of those battling cancer.  An evening luminaria ceremony will honor those who lost their battle to cancer or are currently on a cancer journey.

EL CAJON VALLEY HIGH TO HOST RELAY FOR LIFE

May 26, 2011 (El Cajon) - Next weekend, you're invited to bring a team and take part in the Relay For Life at El Cajon Valley High School and help find a cure for cancer.  

 

This special 24-hour event is Saturday, June 4-5, 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at 1035 E. Madison Avenue, in El Cajon.  

AMERICAN CANCER SOCIETY RELAY FOR LIFE KICKOFF EVENT FEBRUARY 28

February 19, 2011 (Lakeside) -- The American Cancer Society is holding a meeting to begin organizing the second annual Relay for Life in Lakeside on February 28, 2011.

 

The public is invited to learn about opportunities for participation, pick up Relay for Life materials, and learn about the American Cancer Society’s programs and services.
