MOTHER'S DAY CONCERT AT MISSION TRAILS CHURCH MAY 12

April 30, 2019 (San Diego) -- Second Sunday Community Concerts will present it's fourth concert of the year Sunday, May 12th from 3-4 p.m. at the Mission Trails Church located at 4880 Zion Avenue, just up the hill from the Kaiser Hospital.  All concerts are free.  Donations are collected and all the donated money goes directly to the musicians.

“SUNDAYS AT SIX” SUMMER CONCERTS SERIES LINE UP ANNOUNCED

May 11, 2015 (La Mesa) -- The La Mesa Park and Recreation Foundation announces the 14th season of the City of La Mesa’s “Sundays at Six” free outdoor concerts.  The popular concert series are held at the beautiful outdoor amphitheater at Harry Griffen Park, 9550 Milden Street, La Mesa, from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.  Following is a listing of the 2015 season concerts:

CONCERTS IN THE PARK IN LEMON GROVE ALL SUMMER

July 15, 2013 (Lemon Grove) – This summer the music is floating over Berry Street Park, 7071 Mt. Vernon, Lemon Grove on Thursday evenings.  The free concerts are sponsored by the City of Lemon Grove and are from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m.

SDCL SUMMER ACOUSTIC SHOWCASE CONCERT JUNE 15

June 11, 2013 (El Cajon) – The summer series of the San Diego County Library Acoustic begins in June.  Erika Davies will be performing June 15 at 2 p.m. at the El Cajon Branch, 201 E. Douglas, El Cajon.  Davies first came to local attention singing with former Rugburn Gregory Page before striking out on her own as a solo artist.

The Acoustic Showcase offers a variety of some of San Diego’s very best singer/songwriters, folk music performers and story tellers.  The concerts are free to the community.

OLDIES BUT GOODIES: THE LEGENDS OPEN FRIDAY NIGHT "CONCERTS ON THE GREEN" SERIES JUNE 25 IN EL CAJON

June 18, 2010 (El Cajon) -- El Cajon's 15th Annual Concerts on the Green begins Friday, June 25 with the Legends, who will perform their oldies music from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. in downtown El Cajon. Ed Waymire returns as master of ceremonies.  

 

The temporary location for Concerts on the Green is the outdoor amphitheater at the East County Performing Arts Center pending completion of the renovation of Prescott Promenade.
