May 8, 2014 (Alpine) - Lions, Tigers & Bears, the Alpine non-profit exotic animal sanctuary, invites guests to “follow the yellow brick road” to its annual Wild in the Country Gala on May 10, from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. The event, held at the sanctuary and open to the public, features a silent and live auction, live entertainment and music, a catered dinner, visits with the big cats and bears, interactions with ranch and farm animals in Animal Encounters and fun for the whole family.
The public is invited to attend at $95 for adults ($125 after May 1st), $25 for kids or $850 for a table for 10. VIP pricing is $200 for adults and $25 for kids. A VIP table for 10 is $1,800.
Live and silent auction items will be announced soon. Entry includes catered dinner, 
and adult beverages will be available for purchase. The VIP reception will be held 2:00-3:00 p.m. VIP guests will be treated to hors d'oeuvres, complimentary cocktail and a “Feed a Wild One Experience” with the option to feed a bear, lion or tiger.
