BABYSITTER CLASS IN LA MESA NOV. 19

November 1, 2016 (La Mesa) – The City of La Mesa will host a Babysitter Training Class on Saturday,  November 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at La Mesa Community Services, 4975  Memorial Drive,  La Mesa. The fun, hands-on class for ages 11-16 helps babysitters become better prepared.  Participants practice infant skills on dolls, learn and practice CPR for infants and children. Topics include babysitter responsibilities, sitter safety,  diapering procedures, recognizing an emergency,  infant and child CPR, and basic first aid.

April 30, 2015 (La Mesa) – With all the activities available this month, there has to be something for everyone here.

Events range from star gazing party on Mt. Helix to a free boot camp, s SANDAG public workshops on regional growth plans through 2050, what is arguable the community's most popular event, the La Mesa Flag Day Parade (if you're not in it, you're probably watching it)... and oh, so much more.

BABYSITTER SAFETY CLASS

April 27, 2015 (La Mesa) --   The City of La Mesa is offering a Child and Babysitter Safety Class on Saturday, May 16, from 9:30 am – 2:00 pm at La Mesa Community Services.  This is a fun hands-on community education program for youth ages 11 – 16 that covers child safety and basic care for infants and children.
