March 15, 2012 (Washington D.C.) - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with Lenovo, today announced a voluntary recall of 50,000 Lenovo ThinkCentre M70z and M90z computers. A defect in an internal component in the power supply can overheat and pose a fire hazard. The firm received reports of one fire incident and one smoke incident in the U.S. No injuries have been reported.
