FEBRUARY IS MUSEUM MONTH IN SAN DIEGO COUNTY

February 8, 2013 (San Diego) – Once again Museum Month is happening in San Diego County including five East County Museums.  During the entire month of February individuals can pick up a free Museum Month Pass at any local Macy’s store and receive half-off admission to 42 San Diego County museums.  Guests with passes may bring up to three people with them to any participating museum.

20TH ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION FOR THE HERITAGE OF THE AMERICAS MUSEUM JAN. 23

January 18, 2013 (El Cajon) - The Heritage of the Americas Museum at Cuyamaca College is celebrating its 20th anniversary on January 23 from 4:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Museum, 12110 Cuyamaca College Drive W., El Cajon.  The celebration of 20 years of educating learners of all ages will honor those who made it possible and invest in the future.

ART SALE FEB. 14: HERITAGE OF AMERICAS MUSEUM AT CUYAMACA COLLEGE

Five East County artists will help raise money for the Heritage of the Americas Museum with an art sale from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14 at the museum, located on the campus of Cuyamaca College, 12110 Cuyamaca College Dr. West, in El Cajon. Admission is free.
