We wanted to know whether major donors to school bond campaigns are likely to win contracts from school districts once the bond passes.
HOSPITAL CONSTRUCTION MONITORING GROUP SEEKING THREE ADDITIONAL MEMBERS

The Independent Citizens’ Bond Oversight Committee (ICBOC) monitors the expenditures of voter-approved bond proceeds that are providing financing for a number of capital improvement construction projects at the hospital in La Mesa. Its members are East County residents with experience in project management, construction operations, finance and healthcare industries.

April 24, 2011 (San Diego’s East County) -- Friends, we need to view current gas prices as the “new normal” and not assume that this is a temporary condition. Most people were shocked at the gas prices when they rose in 2008, but this time they are not nearly as shocked and upset, even though prices are surpassing 2008 levels.
