April 11, 2021 (Arlington, Texas) - The Padres have gotten two big wins over the past few days, one of them historical.  They looked to complete the sweep against the Rangers today with Adrian Morejon on the mound against Mike Foltynewicz for the Rangers.  Craig Stammen replaced Morejon after Morejon suffered a left elbow/forearm strain in the first inning.

April 10, 2021 (La Jolla) - The Aztec track and field team won the four-team Triton Invitational Saturday, totaling 99 points in 10 events to top UCSD (70), UC Riverside (69) and CSUN (49). Competing in their second meet in four days, SDSU won all but two events.

April 10, 2021 (Santa Barbara) - Shelby Thompson homered three times and had a combined six RBIs to lead the San Diego State softball team to a doubleheader sweep over Santa Barbara Saturday afternoon at Campus Diamond. The Aztecs (17-11) opened the day with a 10-0 six-inning run-rule victory before beating the Gauchos (8-20) 6-2 in the nightcap.

April 7, 2021 (Napa) - The San Diego State women’s golf team carded a 7-over-par 295 on the final round of the Silverado Showdown Wednesday at the par-72 6,202-yard Silverado Golf Club. The 295 was the fourth-lowest score of Wednesday’s final round and was 16 strokes better than what the Aztecs shot on Tuesday (23-over 311).

April 3, 2021 (Stanford) - The Aztec men’s soccer team (1-5-2, 1-5-2) fell at No. 6 Stanford (8-1-1, 6-1-1) 3-1 Saturday afternoon.

All four goals came in the first half. After the Cardinal went up top, the Aztecs scored the equalizer but then saw Stanford score two more before the half.
