March 13, 2021 (San Diego) -  The San Diego State volleyball team overcame a two-set deficit on Friday to defeat Utah State in dramatic fashion, 3-2, (19-25, 23-25, 25-20, 25-19, 15-7) in a match that was played at Jenny Craig Pavilion due to water damage from a roof leak at SDSU’s Peterson Gym the previous day.

March 12, 2021 (San Jose) - The Aztec women’s soccer team (3-0-0) cruised to a 6-1 victory at San Jose State (0-2-0) Friday evening. Rachelle Elve led SDSU with three goals, collecting her first career hat trick, and the Aztecs scored their most goals since a 6-0 win over Utah Valley on August 21, 2015

March 12, 2021 (Denver) - The San Diego State lacrosse team battled back from an early 6-0 deficit to outscore the University of Denver Pioneers 10-8 in the final 37:34 of play but fell to the No.22-ranked team in the nation Friday afternoon 14-10 at Peter Barton Lacrosse Stadium in Denver, Colo.

March 9, 2021 (Fairfax, Calif.) - The San Diego State women’s golf team finished in third place at the Juli Inkster at Meadow Club Invitational Tuesday following a final-round 2-over-par 290 on the par-72, 6,157-yard course. The 290 was the second-lowest round of the day in the 12-team field and vaulted the Aztecs up three spots, finishing at 28-over 892.

March 7, 2021 (San Diego) - The San Diego State women’s tennis team dropped their first match of the 2021 season Sunday with a loss to the University of San Diego (RV), falling victim to a sweep by the Toreros.

March 6, 2021 (San Diego) - San Diego State water polo and Michigan played two one-goal games on Saturday afternoon at the Aztec Aquaplex and despite leading by a goal in the last minute of the first contest dropped both ends of the doubleheader, 12-11 in overtime and 11-10.

March 6, 2021 (Seattle) - The Aztec men’s soccer team (0-2-1) lost a heartbreaker 3-2 in extra time at No. 8 Washington (4-1-0, 2-1-0) on a cold and windy Saturday afternoon. SDSU was 59 seconds away from leaving Seattle with three points against a top-ten team, but saw the Huskies tie it up in the 90^th minute and then win on a penalty kick 100 seconds into extra time.

March 5, 2021 (Riverside) - The San Diego State softball team swept a doubleheader at California Baptist Friday night at John C. Funk Stadium, winning the first game, 5-2, and posting a 2-0 shutout in the nightcap. The Aztecs are now 8-3 on the season.

March 5, 2021 (San Diego) - The San Diego State lacrosse team fell to the UC Davis Aggies 18-7 Friday, March 5 at Aztec Lacrosse Field.

Lexi Tan led the Aztecs on the offensive side of the ball. Tan's stat line included three goals on five shots, 2-2 on free-position shot attempts, a ground ball, and a caused turnover. Other SDSU scores came from senior Emily Resnick (2), senior Bailey Brown (1), and junior Cailin Young (1). The Aggies’ scoring leader was Maddie Myers and Sorana Larson, each finding the net five times throughout the game.
