6TH ANNUAL ONCE IN A BLUE MOON GALA DINNER & AUCTION SEPTEMBER 29

September 8, 2012 (Lakeside) – Lakeside River Park Conservancy is holding its 6^th Annual Once in a Blue Moon Gala Dinner & Auction on September 29.  The event will begin with a stroll along the path at Lakeside River Park at dusk, followed by dining under the stars.

The event will take you on a “San Diego River Journey” and tell you the story of the land restoration, expansions and River Park outreach programs. All proceeds raised at the event will go towards the restoration of the San Diego River to improve water quality and flood control, restoration of plant and wildlife habitat, and the creation of new trails along the San Diego River for the East County community of San Diego.
