9/11 ITEMS FROM AROUND THE WORLD ON DISPLAY IN EL CAJON

September 10, 2011 (El Cajon ) – Students from Cajon Valley Players at El Cajon Valley High School have compiled a display of over 1,200 items from 30 countries related to the September 11, 2001 attacks, the events that led to them, and the wars to follow. Items will be on exhibit today from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and tomorrow 10 a.m to 5 p.m.

 

A formal commemoration with speakers connected to these events will also be held September 11 from 5:30-8:30 p.m.

 

The exhibit is located at 1035 East Madison Avenue in El Cajon, 92021. Both the exhibition and formal presentation are free and open to the public.
 

 

The exhibit includes original artifacts and documents which you are invited to handle with care, however some material may not be suitable for small children.
