May 7, 2001 (Allied Gardens) -- The Spring Fest will be held on Friday and Saturday, May 13, and 14 at Allied Gardens Community Park at 5155 Greebrier Avenue.

On Friday, from 5:00 p.m. until 10:30 p.m. There will be a beer garden and food, carnival rides, and a concert by Acme Rhythm & Blues Review. In addition, on Saturday there will be the annual Kiwanis parade, a car show, carnival rides, merchandise booths, the beer garden, and food. The concert will be by the Zippers.

A popular attraction this year is our "Navajo Sings" event where you become the star!  We will hold several karaoke singing try-outs beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday at the demonstration stage.  Top singers will be selected to perform on our Windmill Farms main stage on Saturday evening!  So if you have the chops, we would love to have you. So, make sure you stop by and audition.
