ARMED ROBBERY NEAR SDSU

September 19, 2019 (San Diego) – Police are actively searching for three possible suspects in an armed robbery that occurred at 4:17 p.m. today in the alley north of 5700 Montezuma Road, just off campus near San Diego State University.

According to a bulletin issued by campus police, the suspects approached the victim, asked for cigarettes and then brandished a weapon. They stole took a vape pen, cell phone, and pocket-knife. All suspects fled on foot off campus. No injuries were reported.

 

Suspect #1: The suspect is described as a Black male, 20-25 years old, wearing a black beanie and black sweatshirt, 5’ 9”, 150-170 lbs., with a gold grill, and a small handgun.

 

Suspect #2: The suspect is described as a Black male, 20-25 years old, wearing all black with a black fanny pack.

 

Suspect #3: The suspect is described as a Black male, 20-25 years old, wearing a black shirt and multi-colored pants, with a sleeve tattoo on his left arm.
