May 22, 2010 (San Diego) – San Diego Police are investigating a complaint of a man who reportedly chased a 15-year-old girl last night near South 39th Street and Ocean View Blvd. in the Mountain View neighborhood of San Diego, located east of I-15 and south of Highway 94.
The girl was walking around 9:20 p.m. when she passed a man seated at a bus stop across the street. He called out and tried to get her to come to him. When she refused, he crossed the street. The girl began running and the man chased her, but she was able to get away.
The suspect is described as a light-skinned black or Hispanic man, around 30 years old, unshaven, wearing a dark cap, dirty white hooded top, dark blue sweat pants, and white shoes.
