March 17, 2014 (La Mesa) - A new  Authors and Readers Roundtable (ARRT) has been formed by  local authors as a forum for authors and readers to come together to talk about books.

“We meet six times a year, three times in fall and three in spring, and our final spring 2014 event is at the Coco's in La Mesa, 5550 Lake Murray Blvd from 6-8P p.m. on Tuesday April 22,” said Laurel Corona, cofounder of the group along with other participating authors are Matt Pallamary, Caitlin Rother (I'll Take Care of You), Arthur Salm, and Jennifer Coburn.   “Participants order from the regular menu with separate checks.  We eat at long tables to facilitate discussion of books, then the authors put on a brief discussion of issues relating to writing and publishing that might be of interest to readers, followed by group discussion of those or other issues.”

Reservations are a must because of space limitations, so write to ARRTSANDIEGO@yahoo.com to get on the list.  There is no charge, other than any food/beverages that participants’ order.
