December 1, 2011 (San Diego) – Saturday night, the San Diego State University Aztecs football team will square off against Fresno State in the season finale. If the Aztecs are victorious, they could advance to postseason play in consecutive years for the first time since 1966-67.

SDSU will salute 21 outgoing seniors during the game, which kicks off at 5 p.m. at Qualcomm Stadium, Saturday's contest will be televised live nationally on CBSSN and may be viewed by San Diego Cox Cable subscribers on Channel 4 San Diego. The game will also be broadcast on AM 600 and FM 95.7 KOGO.

Last week, SDSU clinched back-to-back winning seasons for the first time since 1995 and 1996, by scoring 31 unanswered points in a 31-14 victory. The current Aztec senior class has helped usher in one of the great turnarounds in college football. Last season, San Diego State snapped a streak of 11 consecutive non-winning campaigns and claimed the program's first bowl game since 1969.

The team is eligible for one of four bowl games – including the Holiday Bowl to be held in San Diego December 23. For more information or to order bowl game tickets, visit visit www.goaztecs.com and http://goaztecs.cstv.com/.
