August 1, 2017 (San Diego's East County) - There are over 100 kids living at East County Transitional Living Center (ECTLC)  with their parents who are working on transforming their lives from homelessness into becoming self sufficient, employed, tax paying citizens. These children attend public schools while their family is living at ECTLC.

Remember growing up?  We all wanted (and needed) a new pair of shoes to start the school year--and kids wear through their shoes so fast!  Can you spare to purchase a new pair of shoes for a little one at ECTLC as they begin their school year?

Shoes sizes are needed to fit boys/girls between ages of 6 to 18 yrs.

Athletic shoes are best.

If you can help, please drop off the shoes to the ECTLC office (1527 East Main St., El Cajon) by August 30.

Here is their website and contact info: www.LoveECTLC.org

Please spread the word about this great organization that is transforming lives from homelessness to a productive life.  www.LoveECTLC.org
