BBQ & AUCTION FOR EASTERN S.D. COUNTY JUNIOR FAIR MARCH 20

March 17, 2011 (Lakeside) – Roundup the kids and head on out to Lakeside on Sunday, March 20th, where carnival activities, an astro jump, barbecue and auction are all part of a fundraising event to benefit the East San Diego County Junior Fair.

The event will take place at the Lakeside Rodeo Grounds and El Capitan High School, just east of Highway 67 on Mapleview Street in Lakeside. Tickets cost $8 each and include lunch. The event will be held from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on March 20th.

The fair itself is slated for May 16-21 and will include showings of livestock raised by students from the El Capitan Agritcultural Department.  For more information, contact the El Capitan High School Agriculture Department at 619-938-9288.
