Family-Friendly, Safe Halloween Party and Craft Fair

 

October 9, 2010 (San Diego ) -- Local children are invited to celebrate Halloween in a safe, family-friendly environment at Salvation Army Kroc Center’s annual BOO BASH and Harvest Fair on Saturday, October 30th at 5 p.m.

 

The hauntless jaunt promises hours of festive fun including cookie decorating, pumpkin decorating, harvest gift fair with local vendors, trick-or-treating, carnival games, snacks, ice skating, live entertainment, and more.

 

The event is free for members and children under 3 years-old, and $2 a person for each guest. Proceeds will help replenish The Kroc Center Family Services Emergency Food Pantry.

 

The Salvation Army Kroc Center is located at 6845 University Avenue in San Diego. Hundreds of local children are expected to turn out in costumes for this annual holiday celebration.
