December 6, 2016 (El Cajon) - The Valhalla High School boys’ soccer team is off to a hot start with a 6-0 win over El Capitan High.  Tonight, they faced the Patriots of Patrick Henry High School.

Staying true to their name, the Norsemen struck first and struck early.  Sophomore Emerson Trujillo kicked a brilliant strike over the head of the keeper and the Norsemen led 1-0.  Fellow sophomore Ethan Molter made the score 2-0 to stave the Patriots off in the first half and for the rest of the game, keeping their shutout and their so far perfect season, moving to 2-0.

Next up for the Norsemen is a Thursday match where they'll host the crosstown rival Braves from El Cajon Valley High School.  The match is set for 4:30 p.m. this Thursday.
