CHAMBER HOSTS BREAKFAST WITH LA MESA POLICE CHIEF ED ACEVES FEB. 10

December 20, 2014 (La Mesa)-- The La Mesa Chamber of Commerce announces that the first breakfast meeting of the new year will be held on Tuesday, February 10, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. at Marie Callender's, 6950 Alvarado Road, San Diego. The featured speaker in this breakfast series is La Mesa Police Chief Ed Aceves.

“Chief Aceves is retiring soon, so we encourage you to join us as we hear his final thoughts on our La Mesa Police force and other police matters,” says Chamber President Mary England. “We encourage Chamber members and members of the public to attend and have the opportunity to say goodbye to Chief Aceves. The Chief believes in interacting with the local community, as well as the business community and discussing important issues.”

A hearty breakfast will be prepared by Joe Flaherty and members of his team including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, muffins, Eggs Benedict, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Guests can also meet members of the community in this relaxed, social setting. The Chamber always hosts a raffle and other prizes for the benefit of attendees to make the morning more enjoyable.

The event is open to Chamber Members, as well as the public. The breakfast price is: La Mesa Chamber members (not using annual passes) $15.00 a piece, Potential members and guests, $20.00 a piece and all “at door” attendees, $25.00 a piece.
