February 21, 2011 (Escondido) – Alvin Palmes, 28, died Friday of peritonitis due to small bowel perforation following surgery for stab wounds. His death has been ruled a homicide.
Palmes, an Escondido resident, was stabbed on February 15 at 902 East Washington Avenue in Escondido. Escondido Police Department is investigating the crime.
