April 24, 2015 (San Diego’s East County) – Sheriff’s Deputy Manning was patrolling Harbison Canyon Road in the unincorporated area of El Cajon  on Wednesday when he spotted a long extension cord.  Following the cord, he found a large greenhouse filled with marijuana plants and more pot plants growing next to an RV.

The property owner, William Cody Leck, admitted to having a large cultivation as well as materials to produce butane honey oil.  He consented to a search, which found 60 marijuana plants, 98 pounds of processed marijuana and a complete butane honey oil lab including six cases of butane.

Leck was arrested for manufacturing butane honey oil, cultivation of marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale.
