August 6, 2017 (San Carlos) – A 23-year-old man has died after being shot in the San Carlos neighborhood where he lived with his family.
San Diego Police indicate the shooting was reported shortly before 11 p.m. Friday night in the 6600 block of Park Ridge Boulevard. A family member took the victim to Kaiser Zion Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
His identity has not yet been released by police, nor has any information on a suspect or what may have motivated the shooting.
San Diego Police Department’s homicide detectives are investigating the case.
