FBI SEEKS MAN WHO ROBBED TWO EL CAJON BANKS

October 12, 2018 (San Diego) – The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the San Diego Violent Crimes Task Force are seeking the public’s assistance to identify a bearded man in a striped polo shirt who robbed two banks in El Cajon. In both robberies, the robber passed the teller a threatening note stating he had a weapon and demanded money.

The first robber occurred on September 14th at 10:49 a.m. at Mission Federal Credit Union, 760 N. Johnson Avenue.  The second heist was on October 9th at 3:45 p.m. at Wells Fargo, 2366 Jamacha Road.

The robber is described as a white man age 50 to 60 years old, 6 feet tall with a skinny build.
