dance is a great strength

If weight is a battle, dance is a great strength and cardio conditioning. Develop a long slender muscle and it's fun, no matter what your level. It involves the mind body connection, keep alert and focused like. For those of us who do not have 8 hours a day to dance like Britney Spears is getting ready for performance, there are options to help you get the body you want.
