HAUNTED AMUSEMENT PARK OPENS SEPT. 28 IN FLINN SPRINGS

September 27, 2018 (El Cajon) -- The Haunted Amusement Park is opening its doors to the public Friday, September 28, 2018 with a big fundraising event for the non-profit group Team Parker for Life to help fund Childhood Cancer Research.

The Haunted Amusement Park is a Halloween Scare trail and haunted house that leads guests through the abandoned grounds of what was once an iconic East County amusement park named Marshal Scotty’s Playland. The Ferris wheel, roller coaster and bumper cars are now the backdrop to this annual Halloween haunt. 

 

The Scare Trail is open from September 28th until October 28th. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays only. The hours are 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.on Fridays and Saturdays and 7 p.m. to 10 p.m.on Sundays. The Haunted Amusement Park is located at 14039 Ridge Hill Road in the Flinn Springs area of unincorporated El Cajon.

Opening weekend ONLY, bring in the Team Parker for Life Fundraising Event Flyer (available on their website or FB Page) or show it on your phone and $10 from every ticket you purchase is donated directly to Team Parker for Life. The Haunted amusement park will continue to accept cash donations for TP4L until  its closing date of October 28th.

 

Team Parker for Life is a 501c3 non-profit. They are childhood cancer advocates from all walks of life: moms, dads, CEO’s, professional musicians, business owners and community leaders.
