Virus could be the cause of mysterious polio-like illness AFM, study says (CNN)

Researchers found evidence of what might cause acute flaccid myelitis, known as AFM, a rare polio-like illness that affects children. According to a study published Monday in the journal Nature Medicine, a virus seems to be the culprit.

Health officials warn of possible measles exposure at Disneyland (ABC 7)

Los Angeles County health officials are warning the public about another case of measles involving a person who visited Disneyland last week.  The person visited Disneyland on Oct. 16, between 9:15 a.m. to 8:35 p.m., and a Los Angeles Starbucks location at 3006 S. Sepulveda Blvd. between 7:50 a.m. to 10 a.m.
