HELP SOUGHT TO FIND MISSING MAN

April 19, 2010 (San Diego) – Authorities are asking the public’s help to locate Charles David (Dave) Peckenepaugh. The Fircrest, Washington man is believed to be in the San Diego area. He is despondent, traveling without his heart medications, and may attempt to cross the border into Mexico, according to a bulletin issued by San Diego Police.

Peclenepaugh is white, six feet tall, weighs approximately 180 pounds and has a slender build. He has brown eyes and gray hair.
