HERITAGE OF AMERICAS MUSEUM HOSTS MAY 18 NATIVE HISTORY EVENT AND SNAKE TALK

May 13, 2024 (Rancho San Diego) -- The Heritage of the Americas Museum is having 2 events on Saturday, May 18th:
 
At 12 p.m.: Dr. Dave Roberts is giving a talk on Alaska. He will start from the beginnings of native people to the present-day parks, and a tour of Native Alaskan artifacts from our museum.
 
At 1:00 p.m: Lew Parlette invites you to a snake talk. A sample of the local San Diego County snakes will be on display, including rattlers, corn snakes, and many more. Lew will share his knowledge of these frequently maligned creatures of nature.
 
Both events are free with admission: $6.00 adults, $4.00 seniors & military, and students and children are always free.
