November 29, 2016 (La Mesa) - The La Mesa Village Association's new event, Holiday in the Village, will be held on December 10th from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m., following a long history of Christmas in the Village events.
“As it is a new association sponsoring the event and the city is working to be more inclusive of all the holiday festivities at this time of year we have changed the name to reflect that,” the LMVA website states. Rest assured we will still have fire pits, caroling, lots of events for kids, and craft vendors to get everyone in the mood of the season!"
Walk the streets of La Mesa's historic downtown and enjoy live music and dance, cozy fires, more than 80 artisans, food, and a kids' area with holiday movies and activities. Carnival rides are also planned.
