October 16, 2018 (Santee) – Jeanette Craig, who suffered serious injuries when a tour bus overturned in Africa, has resolved transportation issues and is slated to return home Thursday.

Nicolas Wiseman, who started a Go Fund Me page to cover the uninsured expenses for her return flight, posted this message today:

“We have some excellent update news for you all. She is set to return Wednesday. She is flying on a commercial flight on stretcher with a medical team. She is being transferred from Bethlehem to Johannesburg in an ambulance then flying Johannesburg Istanbul/Istanbul LAX. Kylie will be with her during the entire trip except for ambulance ride LAX to San Diego (because of liability). They will arrive in USA on Thursday and then be admitted through ER at Kaiser. They will assess her and decide on admitting her to the floor or transferring her to a rehab facility.”
