If you don't wish to sign up online, fill this Word document out and bring it in the morning of the walk.

There will also be a Santa's Village immediately after the walk with doggie goodies and pet food vendors, pictures with Santa, refreshments and a silent auction.  The Santa's Adoption Village will have local rescue organizations and adoptable pets.  Shots 4 Pets will also be available for vaccines.
