JULIAN’S “A CHRISTMAS CAROL” BRINGS SCROOGE TO LIFE THIS WEEKEND

December 13, 2012 (Julian)--A Julian holiday tradition, Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol," will be performed this weekend at the Julian Town Hall at 2129 Main Street. Adapted by best-selling novelist Don Winslow and directed by Sandi Bennett, the show will take stage on Thursday Dec. 13, Friday Dec. 14 and Saturday, Dec. 15. There will also be a matinee on Saturday, Dec. 15.

Come and enjoy the charm of Christmas in Julian, with spiced cider, apple pie, horse drawn carriages and strolling carolers. And maybe even a visit from St. Nick himself.

For the Thursday, Friday and Saturday evening shows, doors will open at 6:00 with curtain at 7:00. For the two Saturday matinees, doors open at 1:00 with curtain at 2:00. Ticket prices are $10 for adults and $5 for children 12 & under. There is open seating for all shows, though you can come early to save seats. Call the Julian Chamber of Commerce at 760-765-1857 for tickets and information. Tickets are also available at Julian's Quilts Plus, upstairs at The Warm Hearth, near Town Hall.
