June 10, 2016 (San Diego) - Chargers receiver Keenan Allen has been inked to a four-year contract extension worth more than $11 million per season, the San Diego Union-Tribune reports.
The contract runs through 2020.
Allen scored eight touchdowns and caught 71 catches for 1,046 yards after coming in in Week Two for the injured veteran Malcolm Floyd last season.
He suffered a kidney laceration in Week Eight, but his 67 receptions are tied for third most in NFL history through eight games of a season.
