January 13, 2016 (San Diego) - Ken Whisenhunt, who served as the Chargers' offensive coordinator for the 2013 season, is back in San Diego assuming the position again.

Following the offensive coordinator position, Whisenhunt was the Tennessee Titans' head coach until he was fired a few months ago after a dismal 2-10 season.

Whisenhunt replaces Frank Reich, who clearly couldn't get the Chargers' offense going this season, finishing 4-12 and allowing the offense to place ninth in yards and 26th in scoring.  Reich was fired a week ago and Whisenhunt was taken back.

Under Whisenhunt, the Chargers finished fifth in yards, 12th in points and had a good running attack.
