September 17, 2011 (Rancho San Diego)--On 9/11, Steele Canyon Youth Football and Cheer continued their tradition of giving back.  Twenty-six football players and cheerleaders visited four fire stations in the community to deliver special treats and thank the fire fighter's and EMT's for their service, calling them, "Our heroes down the street".

This is Steele Canyon Youth Football and Cheer's second year visiting stations.  Last year they had representation from three teams and visited one station.  This year, they represented four teams and visited four stations.  They hope to continue the event and reach more first responders.

Be on the look out for these kids giving back to the community.
