December 7, 2011 (San Diego)--Kroc Kids Junior Theatre Company is performing the Broadway classic Pirates of Penzance, Jr. on December 9, 10 and 11 at the Joan B. Kroc Theatre.
Wacky, irreverent and as entertaining as its predecessor from 1879, Pirates of Penzance Jr. spins a hilarious farce of sentimental pirates, bumbling policemen, dimwitted young lovers, dewy-eyed daughters, and an eccentric Major-General, all morally bound to the often ridiculous dictates of honor and duty.
The December 9 and 10 performance will take place at 7:00 p.m., and the December 11 performance at 2:00 p.m. All performances will be held in the beautiful Joan B. Kroc Theatre, 6611 University Ave, San Diego 92115. The family-friendly show includes young talent from all of San Diego.
Tickets are $15.00 for adults, $12.00 for children and seniors. Tickets will also be available at the door and advance tickets can be purchased at the Kroc Center Education Guest Service Desk, 6605 University Avenue, and 619.269.1540.
