LA MESA GENERAL PLAN EIR: PUBLIC INPUT SOUGHT AT JUNE 21 SCOPING MEETING

June 20, 2012 (La Mesa) -- The purpose of the scoping meeting is to provide an opportunity for La Mesa residents and interested parties to review project information, ask questions, and provide oral and written testimony.

Comments from the public regarding potential environmental issues, mitigation measures, and project alternatives will be considered in the Environmental Impact Statement (EIR), which is required for this project under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). 

Between June 21, 2012 and July 23, 2012, the public has an opportunity to provide comments on the topics that will be covered in the EIR.
