Millennial pays off $68k debt in three years and inspires others on how she did it

March 30, 2019 (La Mesa) -- Guen Garrido, a 2007 UCLA graduate had $40,000 in school loans and another $20,000 plus in credit card debt. She will share her story and how she became debt free after three years of hard work and planning. Guen believes anyone can do the same thing and her wisdom will be shared at the conference as a keynote speaker for the tenth anniversary of San Diego Women’s Week on April 5.

The 10th Anniversary of San Diego Women’s Week will feature a dynamic and diverse line-up of influential leaders and executive women panelists who have disrupted their respective industries the week of April 1-April 5. Leadership and Unity are the key themes to this year’s conference and each speaker will share their story of failures, resilience and finding success during challenging times.

WHO: Monday April 1  Against All Odds

Meet four individuals that have persevered in the face of adversity. The stories are amazing in their own respective rights and demonstrate the power of the human spirit and the individual spirit to navigate life despite the challenges that come our way.

The persistence and courage demonstrated in these individuals’ stories are being shared with us to encourage everyone to persevere in the face of adversity.
