August 24, 2016 (La Mesa) - La Mesa Wine Works invites you to their grand opening celebration this Saturday, August 27th, including live music by the Barnyard Casanovas band from 7 to 10 p.m. The La Mesa Wine Works is a co-op designed to showcase local wines; currently they are pouring vintages from both the award-winning San Pasqual and Wyatt Oaks wineries.

Located at 8167 Center Street in La Mesa, Wine Works will also feature trivia nights and food trucks on Thursday nights (starting Sept. 17) and live music every Saturday night.

The new venture is the brainchild of Mike and Linda McWilliams, who operate the successful San Pasqual Winery and the San Pasqual Wine Bar and Gallery, both in La Mesa.  Linda is also president of the San Diego Vintners Association.

La Mesa Wine Works is located between Bolt Brewing and Helix Brewing Co. in La Mesa’s revitalized industrial zone atop a hill across from Grossmont Center.
