LUAU IN LA MESA: NEXT BOULEVARD STROLL JULY 11

June 22, 2017 (La Mesa) – The La Mesa Village Association invite you to the next Boulevard Stroll, which features a luau theme on July 11 from 5 to 8 p.m.  In addition to leis, music, art and specials at local merchants, participating restaurants are encouraged to serve up Hawaiian drinks or Happy Hour themed specials.

Activities confirmed so far include:

MUSIC - Marissa Grace and her Band will be at Farmer’s Table, Jessie Howard by La Mesa Wine & Spirits (acoustic guitar), Hawaiian drummers and Aloha dancers in the Walkway to the Stars, Bubblin’ Belle Dance Studio performing too (walkway + more!) There will also be music at Sheldon’s.

HISTORICAL TOUR - The La Mesa Historical Society will be giving a free docent tour of the historical buildings on La Mesa Blvd. Meet at Legacy Park at6 p.m.

ART-  Visit the Artist’s Corner by Bo Beau’s to view art set up by Nainsook Framing + Art, The San Diego Urban Sketchers will also be scattered about the Boulevard, plus see Pop up Art at Sheldon’s.

KIDZ ZONE (Yogurt Mill) -Tee Dee Dancers and Lucy the Face Painter / Children’s Art Table at Nainsook

Sicilian Breeze Gelato Truck will be serving up ice-cold treats at 3rd and Palm.
