MAIN STREET FLAG PROGRAM HONORED BY EL CAJON COUNCIL

September 15, 2017 (El Cajon) -- At Wednesday night's El Cajon City Council meeting, The El Cajon Main Street Flag Program was honored for 15 years of  the flag program, which started on September 2, 2002 after 9-11.

Thanks to all of the organizations who make it possible and most of all to Boy Scout Troop 362 that faithfully put them up and take them down 8 times each year...120 times so far!
